Sephora is hiring a Beauty Adviser (part-time, 6h/day) for the Tomis store in Constanța, Romania.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-quality consultations to customers to recommend makeup, fragrance and skincare solutions.
  • Actively promote Sephora products and brand values with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets through proactive client engagement and recommend-sell techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing sales floor that reflects brand standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and product education to deepen expertise.
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful atmosphere within the store team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (Baccalaureate) — mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous retail, sales or customer-service experience is advantageous.
