Sephora Southland, Melbourne is hiring a part-time Stockroom Assistant to manage inventory, cycle counts and back-of-house operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all stockroom operations including receiving, shipping, returns and daily stock movements.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic full stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Complete and maintain accurate paperwork and inventory records in line with store procedures.
- Work closely with supply chain and store leadership to support loss prevention strategies.
- Maintain an organised, safe and efficient back-of-house environment to support front-of-house service.
Qualifications
- Previous stockroom or inventory experience in a fast-paced, multi-serving retail environment.
- Practical experience using SAP for inventory processes is required.
- Physical ability to lift and handle boxes up to 15 kg safely and repeatedly.
- Availability to work key trading times including late nights, weekends and public holidays (peak trade Thurs–Sun).
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and a customer-focused attitude.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role requiring prior experience in stock or inventory duties within a busy retail environment; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, warehousing or retail operations advantageous.
