Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Managers in scheduling team shifts and monitoring system anomalies.
- Plan vacation and training calendars.
- Organize recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including document preparation and archiving.
- Manage supplies using SAP and liaise with external suppliers.
- Apply company procedures, including safety regulations.
- Enhance efficiency in warehouse audit operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
