Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in scheduling team shifts and monitoring system anomalies.
- Plan vacation and training calendars.
- Organize recruitment processes including candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees, including document preparation and archiving.
- Manage supplies using SAP and coordinate with external suppliers.
- Apply company procedures, including safety regulations.
- Enhance efficiency and maintain warehouse audit operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
