Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Register new products and prepare market comparison analyses and sales estimates in collaboration with the Supply Chain department.
- Work closely with teams in the Czech Republic and headquarters in France to introduce new products and implement marketing plans.
- Prepare weekly statistics and internal reports.
- Translate promotional and merchandising materials from English.
- Conduct assortment analyses and present results and plans.
- Assist in organizing brand events and producing decorations with a marketing agency.
- Manage invoice settlements and respond to customer inquiries and complaints on Sephora Poland's social media.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to support catalog offers and produce marketing materials.
- Work closely with the Category Manager on daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
- Higher education, preferably in economics or sciences.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience in the retail, beauty, or fashion industry is an advantage.

Education
Higher education, preferably in economics or sciences.
