Sephora is hiring an Associate Manager, Merchandising Operations — Systems & Tools in San Francisco (hybrid) to lead merchandising systems implementations and adoption.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead rollout and implementation of merchandising tools and systems from ideation through execution, including launch planning and post-launch optimization.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, training programs and post-launch action plans to support adoption and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of merchandising systems, partner with cross-functional teams and Technology to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions.
- Design and execute change management activities, including UAT coordination, user training, documentation and communication plans.
- Identify process and tooling improvements to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across merchandising.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, merchandising operations, or related functions.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects, systems implementations or operational transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated change management experience (communications, training, UAT, post-launch support).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years in operations, program or project management, merchandising operations, or a related field with demonstrated experience leading system implementations and large-scale operational initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

The successful candidate will be located in San Francisco, California, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 102,000 to USD 114,000 per annum.
