Sephora is hiring an Associate Manager, Merchandising Operations — Systems & Tools in San Francisco (hybrid) to lead merchandising systems implementations and adoption.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead rollout and implementation of merchandising tools and systems from ideation through execution, including launch planning and post-launch optimization.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, training programs and post-launch action plans to support adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of merchandising systems, partner with cross-functional teams and Technology to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions.
  • Design and execute change management activities, including UAT coordination, user training, documentation and communication plans.
  • Identify process and tooling improvements to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across merchandising.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, merchandising operations, or related functions.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale projects, systems implementations or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated change management experience (communications, training, UAT, post-launch support).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 102,000 to USD 114,000 per annum.
