Role & Responsibilities
- Manage supply for a small portfolio of suppliers across multiple incoterms, ensuring on-time deliveries to Europe.
- Monitor and drive supply-chain performance using defined scorecards and KPIs; escalate and remediate issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the brand sample process and subsequent replenishment for 15 countries (including France), validating logistics and marketing checkpoints against specifications and project timelines.
- Handle supplier claims, returns and dispute resolution to minimise service disruption.
- Coordinate and monitor import operations with brand partners, ensuring compliance with EU customs documentation requirements and supporting the development of sea‑freight replenishment projects.
- Maintain and update supply plans and reporting using Excel and business‑intelligence tools; support continuous-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+2 or Bac+3 programme (engineering school, business school or equivalent) and eligible for a 12‑month alternance apprenticeship.
- Strong organisational rigour, analytical mindset and ability to synthesise information.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across functions and with external suppliers.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel; interest in digital tools (Power BI is a plus).
- Good command of English (B2 level).

Experience
Beginner — aimed at students in higher education (Bac+2/3). Previous internships in supply chain, purchasing or logistics are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in Bac+2 or Bac+3 (2–3 year higher-education) programme in engineering, commerce/business or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Saran, Centre-Val de Loire, France, with easy access to Orléans.
