Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning, coordination, and management of Supply Chain transformation projects, including workshop preparation, stakeholder coordination during testing phases, and Go Live preparations.
  • Contribute to the animation of the Supply Chain transformation roadmap.
  • Facilitate the community of Supply Chain transformation project leaders.
  • Serve as the reference for process, procedure, and operational mode documentation, ensuring updates are maintained.
  • Lead the implementation of PowerBI reports consolidating key Supply Chain KPIs for management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and associated information systems (SAP, ANAPLAN, PBI) in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Support change management by assisting teams in adopting new practices and tools.
  • Raise awareness among employees about Supply Chain transformation challenges.

Qualifications

  • Master's level education in business school, engineering, or university with a specialization in Supply Chain.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI); ERP or EPM knowledge is a plus. Analytical and synthesis skills. Team spirit and strong communication skills. Interest in new technologies and innovation. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required.

Education

Master's degree in a relevant field.
