Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and coach the store team, including conducting employee appraisals and performance reviews
- Serve as a role model embodying the Sephora Attitude and transmit Sephora DNA throughout the team
- Drive achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and maintain team focus on customer experience
- Update and implement visual merchandising displays, seasonal animations, and promotional updates
- Analyze key performance figures for respective sales categories and derive targeted sales activities
- Oversee complete merchandise management cycle from receipt, storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management
- Assume responsibility for proper store opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation
- Deputize for the Store Manager during periods of absence
