Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and coach the store team, conducting employee appraisals.
  • Act as a role model, embodying the Sephora Attitude and DNA.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-on-year growth.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-focused team.
  • Update visual merchandising and implement updates and animations.
  • Analyze sales data and derive actionable sales activities.
  • Oversee merchandise management, including receipt, storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management.
  • Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures, including cash register management.
  • Deputize for the Store Manager during absences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
  • Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.

Skills

Customer service excellence and employee development. Analytical and commercial acumen. Strong hands-on mentality and presence on the sales floor. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel. Proficiency in English and the native language of the country.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in retail, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector and previous management roles.
