Role & Responsibilities

  • Support store operations and client experience in collaboration with the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and sales performance in a high-volume retail environment
  • Lead, inspire, and empower retail associates to exceed performance expectations through hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and mentorship
