Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure sales targets, profitability and exemplary client experiences are met.
- Lead, coach and develop store teams through real-time feedback, formal performance reviews and tailored learning to maximise individual and store performance.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent that reflects Sephora’s service standards and brand values.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalised service, product expertise and effective use of loyalty programs.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining visual merchandising and store standards, inventory accuracy, compliance with policies, and loss-prevention protocols.
- Optimise staffing and inventory resources, adapt to changing priorities, and execute initiatives to grow sales in a high-volume retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven success in an assistant store manager or comparable supervisory role within fast-paced, high-volume retail.
- Demonstrated leadership and business acumen with experience recruiting, coaching and developing teams to achieve measurable results.

Education
