Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences while meeting sales and profitability goals.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team through real‑time feedback, performance appraisals and targeted development plans.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent that embodies Sephora’s service standards and brand values.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalized service, effective use of loyalty programs, and resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain operational excellence including visual standards, merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
- Proven success in assistant store management or equivalent leadership role within fast‑paced, high‑volume retail.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; adept at providing constructive feedback and building trust.
- Demonstrated passion for coaching, mentorship and continuous learning to drive associate growth and engagement.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for full shifts.
