Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the store department, including staffing, scheduling and task allocation.
  • Drive sales performance through active selling, coaching on KPIs and implementation of commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure store presentation and merchandising adhere to Sephora brand standards and visual guidelines.
  • Coach and develop team members through feedback, training and participation in company development programmes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supervising or managing a retail team (minimum several-person team).
  • Track record of delivering against sales targets and working with sales KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to coach and develop retail staff and to apply company selling standards.
  • Makeup application skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience
