Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences while meeting sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach and develop store teams through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and tailored mentorship to foster growth, accountability and high engagement.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent to build a team that reflects brand values and delivers signature Sephora service.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining visual standards, store cleanliness, policy and compliance adherence, and efficient inventory and staffing allocation.
- Resolve client concerns skillfully, drive loyalty program engagement and personalize the client journey to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
- Adapt resources and priorities to optimize sales results in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven success in an assistant or supervisory retail management role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and inspire teams to achieve business and service objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience delivering constructive feedback and performance coaching.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience in driving loyalty and creating personalized client experiences.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for the duration of a shift, and handle beauty products (with reasonable accommodation if needed).

Experience
Demonstrated success in retail assistant management or supervisory roles in fast-paced, high-volume stores; typically 2+ years of progressive retail leadership experience driving sales and team performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,100 to USD 73,600 per annum.
