Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience while meeting sales and profitability targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop associates through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and individualized development plans.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain diverse retail talent that embodies Sephora’s service standards and brand values.
  • Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalized service, product knowledge, and promotion of loyalty programs.
  • Ensure operational excellence including visual merchandising, inventory management, policy compliance, and a pristine store environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in an assistant store management or comparable supervisory role within fast-paced, high-volume retail.
  • Proven leadership capability to recruit, inspire and develop teams to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience providing constructive feedback and performance coaching.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail schedules.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for entire shifts, handle and apply beauty products).

Experience
