Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience while meeting sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach and develop store team members to foster high performance, engagement and professional growth.
• Recruit, onboard and integrate new talent to build a diverse, service-driven team aligned with brand standards.
• Deliver ongoing, real-time coaching and conduct performance appraisals to drive individual and store results.
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and promote loyalty programs and personalized service.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold Sephora’s brand standards and compliance.
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources, adapt to shifting priorities, and drive sales through operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven success in an assistant store manager or equivalent retail leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and business acumen with a track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; experienced delivering constructive feedback and facilitating open dialogue.
• Demonstrated passion for coaching, mentoring and creating a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
• Client-centric mindset with experience delivering personalized service that drives loyalty and business growth.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and applying products to clients.

Experience

Demonstrated success as an assistant store manager or senior retail supervisor in a fast-paced, high-volume store environment, driving team performance and commercial results.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, marketing or a related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,169 to USD 81,772 per annum.
