Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales and profitability
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower team members to exceed performance goals while fostering growth, development, and accountability
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and cultivate a diverse, inclusive team that embodies Sephora's values and delivers signature client service
- Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing support to maximize team members' potential and engagement
