Role & Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with day-to-day store operations while ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving sales and profitability
• Lead and inspire the team through coaching, real-time feedback, and mentorship to achieve performance goals and foster accountability
• Recruit, hire, and onboard diverse talent that reflects Sephora's values and commitment to inclusivity
• Deliver impactful performance appraisals and provide ongoing developmental feedback to maximize associate potential
• Maintain visual and operational excellence across the store environment in compliance with brand standards and policies
• Drive client loyalty and engagement through personalized experiences and effective loyalty program activation
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources while adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic retail landscape
• Resolve client concerns with skill and professionalism to consistently elevate satisfaction

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager or equivalent leadership role in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Proven track record recruiting and developing high-performing teams in retail settings
• Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly across diverse teams and client populations
• Genuine commitment to coaching and developing talent through tailored mentorship and real-time feedback
• Experience creating memorable, personalized client experiences that drive loyalty and business growth

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,304 to USD 81,050 per annum.
