Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver seamless client experiences while meeting sales and profitability targets.
- Coach, inspire and develop the store team through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and tailored learning to drive individual and store performance.
- Recruit, hire and onboard new talent to build a diverse, high-performing team that embodies brand standards and service excellence.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalized service, effective use of loyalty programs and resolution of client concerns.
- Optimize staffing and inventory resources to respond to shifting priorities and maximize sales opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
