Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower retail team members to exceed performance expectations and fostering growth and accountability
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, building a diverse and inclusive workforce aligned with Sephora's values
- Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing mentorship to maximize associates' potential and career development
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support team engagement and progression
