Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations and client experience by collaborating with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service while driving sales and profitability
- Lead and empower the team through passionate coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback to exceed performance goals and foster accountability

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend and stretch to stock shelves, and stand/walk the sales floor for entire shifts
