Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional client experiences, and strong sales performance
• Lead, coach, inspire, and empower team members to exceed performance expectations and foster career development
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse, inclusive team that embodies Sephora's values and service standards
• Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and mentorship to maximize associate potential and engagement
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide ongoing developmental support to team members
• Elevate client satisfaction through outstanding service delivery, skillful issue resolution, and personalized loyalty program engagement
• Maintain visually inspiring store environment, uphold brand standards, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources, adapt to shifting priorities, and drive business growth

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,304 to USD 81,050 per annum.
