Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, compliance with brand standards, and a visually compelling sales floor.

  • Lead, recruit and onboard store associates; provide ongoing coaching, performance appraisals and career development to build a high-performing, diverse team.
  • Manage inventory, merchandising and staffing resources to optimise sales, margin and in-store productivity while minimising shrink.
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and escalate appropriately; maintain store safety, security and loss-prevention protocols.
