Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences, sales growth, and profitability.

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain top retail talent and to lead teams to meet sales and operational goals.
  • Strong communication skills with experience delivering constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
  • Ability to perform physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for full shifts; ability to handle and apply beauty products.
