Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations and client experience by collaborating with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional client service, and profitability in a fast-paced environment
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower team members to exceed performance expectations and goals whilst fostering a culture of growth, development, and accountability
- Attract, hire, and onboard new talent to build diverse, inclusive teams that embody Sephora's values and deliver signature client service
- Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing mentorship to maximize associates' potential and support continuous learning

Qualifications
- Minimum three years of demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Proven ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent to deliver outstanding results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated history of building trust and clarity across teams and clients
- Strong coaching and mentorship capabilities with genuine commitment to team empowerment and development
- Client-centric orientation with proven ability to create memorable, personalized experiences and build loyalty
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, stretch, stand, and walk sales floor for entire shifts
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and apply products to clients
