Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations and client experience in collaboration with the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and profitability
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower team members to exceed performance goals while fostering growth, development, and accountability
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse and inclusive team aligned with Sephora's values and service standards
- Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing mentorship to maximize associate potential and engagement
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support team members' career development
- Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding client service, skillfully resolve concerns, and drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized experiences
