Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Coach, inspire and develop the sales team through real-time feedback, training and performance management.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent, ensuring staffing aligns with business needs and brand standards.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalized service, upselling and effective use of loyalty programs.
