Role & Responsibilities
- Support and supervise daily store operations to ensure commercial targets and service standards are consistently met.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring and managing KPIs, motivating the team and executing merchandising and promotional activities.
- Coach, develop and onboard store staff; allocate tasks, manage rotas and support recruitment as required.
- Deliver exemplary customer service, resolve client issues and cultivate long‑term client loyalty through personalised advice and clienteling.
- Control inventory and stock processes, oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with loss‑prevention and safety procedures.
- Contribute to local store initiatives and the broader retail expansion project, adapting corporate directives to the store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience managing a retail team with responsibility for driving sales and KPIs.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics or beauty, with strong commercial orientation.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate colleagues and to deliver measurable performance improvements.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
- High level of spoken English is desirable.
Experience
At least 1 year of people‑management experience in a retail environment, with demonstrable responsibility for sales targets, KPI monitoring and frontline team development. Experience in the cosmetics or beauty sector is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or tertiary studies in retail, business, cosmetics or a related field preferred.

This position is based in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
