Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales and profitability
• Coach, inspire, and empower the team to exceed performance goals while fostering accountability and individual development
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse, inclusive team aligned with Sephora's values and service standards
• Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing mentorship to maximize team associates' potential and career engagement
• Conduct impactful performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support each team member's professional growth
• Consistently deliver outstanding service, skillfully resolve client concerns, and actively drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized experiences
• Maintain visual store excellence, immaculate environments, and strict compliance with all Sephora policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources while adapting quickly to operational priorities and market opportunities

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,304 to USD 81,050 per annum.
