Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to deliver a seamless client experience while driving sales, conversion and profitability.

  • Optimize staffing and inventory resources to respond to business needs and maximize store productivity in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success as an assistant store manager or equivalent leadership role in high-volume retail.
  • Proven ability to recruit, inspire and develop teams to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; skilled at delivering constructive feedback and fostering open dialogue.
  • Committed to coaching and continuous development, with a track record of improving individual and team performance.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and ability to perform physical tasks required in retail (lift up to 50 pounds; stand and walk for entire shift).

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 63,100 to USD 77,350 per annum.
