Sephora is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando, FL — lead store operations, coach teams, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations and execute daily workflows to ensure a seamless client experience while achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop store associates through real-time coaching, actionable feedback and formal performance appraisals to raise individual and team performance.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and retain diverse talent to build a high-performing retail team aligned with Sephora’s service standards.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalized service, proactive promotion of loyalty programs and resolving client concerns to maximize satisfaction.
- Maintain visual and operational standards, including merchandising, housekeeping, loss-prevention and compliance with brand policies and procedures.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources to respond to shifting priorities and opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an assistant store manager or equivalent supervisory role in a high-volume retail environment.
- Proven ability to recruit, inspire and develop teams, with a track record of delivering results through coaching and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable delivering constructive feedback and facilitating open dialogue.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, and stand/walk on the sales floor for entire shifts.

Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments, consistently driving sales results, developing teams, and elevating the client experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,100 to USD 73,600 per annum.
