Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences while meeting sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach and develop the store team through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and tailored mentorship to drive engagement and results.
- Recruit, onboard and cultivate a diverse talent pool that embodies brand standards and service excellence.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively, driving loyalty program engagement and personalized service.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation and compliance with brand policies and operational procedures.
- Optimize inventory, staffing and resource allocation to respond quickly to shifting priorities and maximize sales opportunities.
- Enforce loss-prevention, safety and regulatory standards across the retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven success in an assistant store manager or equivalent retail leadership role within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong leadership and commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and motivate teams.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of delivering constructive feedback and fostering open dialogue.
- Passion for coaching and continuous learning with a track record of developing associates to meet performance goals.
- Client-focused mindset with experience delivering personalized, loyalty-driving service.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for entire shifts, and handle/apply beauty products; availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
Experience
Hands-on retail leadership experience as an assistant manager or equivalent, with a measurable record of driving sales, developing talent, and managing store operations in a high-traffic environment.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 72,100 to USD 88,350 per annum.
