Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume retail environment
- Lead, coach, and inspire store team to exceed performance expectations, fostering a culture of growth, development, and accountability
