Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure exceptional client experiences while meeting sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to exceed performance goals through real-time feedback and structured performance appraisals.
• Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent aligned with Sephora’s service standards and cultural values.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and drive engagement via loyalty programs and personalized service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources to respond to shifting priorities in a high-volume retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in assistant store management or comparable retail leadership role in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, inspire and develop teams with strong business acumen and people-management capability.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with experience delivering constructive feedback and coaching.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and capability to perform physical store duties (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for full shifts).
• Client-centric mindset with a track record of driving customer loyalty and sales growth.

Demonstrated success as an assistant store manager or equivalent retail leader in fast-paced, high-volume stores with responsibility for driving sales, coaching teams, and maintaining operational standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, cosmetology or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,100 to USD 73,600 per annum.
