Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressive retail management experience, ideally as an assistant store manager in high‑volume environments.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain talent with a track record of coaching associates to exceed targets.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing sales KPIs, inventory and labor to drive profitability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated capability to deliver constructive feedback.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and the physical ability to perform retail duties (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
