Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
  • Coach, inspire and develop store teams through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and targeted learning to maximise individual and collective performance.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent that exemplifies Sephora’s service standards and cultural values.
  • Deliver outstanding clienteling by resolving customer concerns, promoting loyalty programs and personalising the shopping experience to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in assistant store management or equivalent supervisory retail role in fast-paced, high-volume stores.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop teams to meet sales and operational objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of delivering constructive feedback and fostering collaboration.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and handle/apply beauty products to clients (with or without accommodation).
  • On-site work required at 520 Madison Ave, New York, NY.

Experience
