Sephora seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Nashville West location to drive operational excellence, inspire retail team performance, and elevate client experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume beauty retail environment. This hands-on leadership role supports the Store Manager in managing daily operations, recruiting and developing talent, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability. Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability
