Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure a seamless client experience while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
- Coach, inspire, and develop the store team through real-time feedback, formal performance appraisals, and tailored mentorship to maximize engagement and productivity.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain diverse talent that embodies brand values and delivers Sephora’s signature customer service.
- Maintain visual merchandising, stock presentation, and store standards to uphold brand guidelines and ensure operational compliance.
- Resolve client concerns professionally, drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized service, and monitor client satisfaction metrics.
- Optimize staffing and inventory resources to respond quickly to business priorities and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an assistant store manager or comparable leadership role in fast-paced, high-volume retail—preferably in beauty or specialty retail.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop teams to meet performance goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of delivering constructive feedback and fostering open dialogue.
