Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience while driving sales and profitability.
• Coach, inspire and empower retail teams to exceed performance targets, fostering development, accountability and a collaborative store culture.
• Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent aligned with brand values and service standards.
• Deliver ongoing learning through real-time coaching, structured feedback and formal performance appraisals.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness and compliance with brand policies and procedures.
• Optimize inventory, staffing and other store resources to maximize sales and operational efficiency.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an assistant store manager or comparable retail leadership role within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop retail teams to achieve commercial and service goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of delivering constructive feedback and building trust across teams.
• Client-centric mindset with experience creating personalized service that builds loyalty and drives growth.
• Ability to perform physical retail duties (lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for entire shifts) and work variable retail hours.

Demonstrated success as an assistant store manager or equivalent retail leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume store environment, with a proven record of driving sales, developing talent, and maintaining operational excellence.

Education

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,100 to USD 73,600 per annum.
