Sephora Miami (Design District) seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead operations, coach teams and drive sales. Full‑time, salaried role in Miami, FL.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to deliver outstanding client experiences while meeting sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse store team through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and actionable mentorship to drive engagement and results.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent, ensuring staffing aligns with store needs and Sephora’s inclusivity and service standards.
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service, effective resolution of client concerns, and promotion of loyalty programs.
- Maintain visual and operational excellence by enforcing brand presentation standards, store cleanliness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Optimize inventory, staffing and scheduling resources to respond to sales trends and operational priorities in a high‑volume retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven success in an assistant store management role within fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environments.
- Strong leadership and business acumen with demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including experience delivering constructive feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- Established passion for coaching and talent development with a track record of improving associate performance.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to perform on-site duties at the Miami Design District location.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk during a full shift, bend/stretch to stock shelves, and handle/apply beauty products in a fragrance environment (with or without accommodation).

Demonstrated track record as an assistant store manager (or equivalent) in high‑volume retail, with measurable results in sales growth, team development, and operational execution.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 63,100 to USD 77,350 per annum.
