Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience while delivering sales and profitability targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop store associates through real-time feedback, actionable performance appraisals and targeted learning initiatives.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent, ensuring staffing aligns with business needs and brand standards.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalized service, effective use of loyalty programs and thoughtful resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain visual and operational standards, ensuring an immaculate retail environment and compliance with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications
- Proven success in an assistant store manager or equivalent retail leadership role within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

- Physical ability to perform retail duties including standing for full shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling beauty products.
