Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience while delivering sales and profitability targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store associates through real-time feedback, actionable performance appraisals and targeted learning initiatives.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent, ensuring staffing aligns with business needs and brand standards.
