Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading the retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive a performance-oriented selling culture
- Utilise data analytics and collaborate with the Store Manager and District Manager to develop strategies that support business growth and sales conversion
- Monitor and manage key operational metrics including shrinkage, sales forecasting, brand mix, and profit and loss to maximize profitability
- Raise team performance and capability through continuous coaching, feedback, recognition, and career development initiatives
- Oversee the implementation of brand events, training programmes, and visual merchandising initiatives to maintain store standards and reinforce Sephora's brand identity
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture where all members feel valued and empowered to succeed
- Lead the sales floor with hands-on engagement to motivate team members, address service challenges, and model client-centric behaviours
- Support the identification and nurturing of high-potential talent for internal advancement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' retail or store line management experience
- Prior retail management experience in a multi-site or big-box retail environment
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members across all levels
- Demonstrated success in attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented team members
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management capabilities

Experience
