Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure sales, profitability and operational compliance in a high-volume environment.
  • Deliver and elevate the client experience through personalised service, loyalty engagement and effective resolution of client concerns.
  • Coach, develop and inspire the sales team through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and tailored mentoring to maximise individual and store performance.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain diverse top talent who embody the brand’s values and deliver signature service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to present an immaculate, on-brand retail environment.
  • Manage inventory and staffing resources to optimise product availability and labour productivity.
  • Drive store KPIs and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, promotions and retail initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, loss prevention procedures and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an assistant store manager or equivalent leadership role in fast-paced, high-volume retail.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and optimising store performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with aptitude for delivering constructive feedback.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and apply product when required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,100 to USD 73,600 per annum.
