Sephora seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Málaga, Spain. Lead retail operations, manage KPIs, and develop a beauty-focused team in this permanent full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the store team, fostering engagement and accountability
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics
- Develop and execute action plans that directly impact store results
