Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume retail environment
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower store team members to exceed performance expectations and foster professional growth and accountability
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse, inclusive team aligned with Sephora's values and service standards
