Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach and develop store associates through real-time feedback, formal performance appraisals and tailored mentorship.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent to ensure an inclusive team aligned with Sephora’s service standards.
- Maintain operational excellence and brand standards, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness and compliance with policies.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources to respond to shifting priorities, maximize sales opportunities and control costs.

Proven track record as an assistant store manager or comparable retail leader in high-volume environments, with demonstrable results in driving sales, developing teams, and managing day-to-day store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 72,100 to USD 83932.50 per annum.
