Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach and develop store teams through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and hands-on mentorship to drive engagement and results.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent that embodies Sephora’s service standards and brand values.
- Ensure operational excellence including visual standards, store merchandising, stock replenishment, shrink prevention and policy compliance.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively to maintain high client satisfaction and loyalty program engagement.
- Optimize staffing and inventory resources in response to sales trends and promotional activity to maximize store performance.
- Drive sales through personalized clienteling, product knowledge, and by motivating the team to meet individual and store KPIs.

Qualifications
