Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations and ensure a consistently elevated client experience while driving sales and profitability.
  • Lead, coach and develop store teams through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and individualised mentoring.

  • Optimise inventory and staffing resources to meet demand, adapt to shifting priorities and drive store growth.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on strategic initiatives and execute local store plans, promotions and events.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in an assistant store manager or senior team lead role within fast-paced, high-volume retail environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, inspire and develop teams to meet commercial and service objectives.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of delivering constructive feedback.
  • Strong client-centric orientation with experience building personalised client journeys and loyalty.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the role: lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for entire shifts, work in a fragrance-filled environment, and apply products to clients (with or without accommodation).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 66,200 to USD 81,050 per annum.
