Sephora seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Honolulu, HI to lead store operations, develop talent, and drive client experiences in a luxury beauty retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume retail setting
  • Lead, coach, inspire, and empower the store team to exceed performance expectations and goals, fostering growth, development, and accountability

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend and stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor for entire shifts, and work comfortably in fragrance-filled environments

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 66,200 to USD 81,050 per annum.
